Plugin to change the settings of other plugins. Moved to a separate object to improve scalability. The plugin is available in the menu: Tools→Plugins

In some cases, all available custom settings cannot be displayed in an application friendly way, so this implementation provides a per-plugin advanced settings option that inherits the interface IPluginSettings.

The plugin can be used in advanced user cases, or the plugin can be excluded from delivery in a packaged application.
